Is there a minimum order?

Fall Flower Bulbs: There is no minimum order or group size required.

Poinsettias: If your invoice from us is at $500 or more, you will get free delivery.  Less

 

 


Are there additional fees for the sales materials or freight?

There is never a charge for sales materials with any of our programs!

Flower Bulbs, plants, & seed:  All sales materials are free and there is no upfront cost at all.  Live products free of charge to your destination.  We will even deliver to the home for a flat $6 per address.  

Poinsettias:  All sales materials are free and there is no upfront cost at all.  If your invoice from us is at $500 or more, you will get free delivery.  Less than $500 delivery will be $90.

A successful fundraiser is always dependent on leadership and motivation.  A great group sponsor can inspire fantastic results regardless of group size!

Spring Bulbs, plants, seed:  A successful fundraiser does not depend on the number of people in your orga nization. We have had motivated students sell over $500 worth of flowers by themselves. 

A typical example might be:  25 volunteers see 2 friends or relatives Friday, 2 more on Saturday, and 2 more on Sunday.  Each person orders 1 item (our average is almost 3 per customer) for a total of only 150 items.  The average profit per item is over $5.00 so your group earns at least $750 profit in 3 days.  Maybe you have more sellers, maybe they will see more people.  Maybe your group is more motivated!

Poinsettia Fundraiser:  25 volunteers see 2 friends or relatives Friday, 2 more on Saturday, and 2 more on Sunday. What happens if one of my plants is damaged when it is delivered?

We stand behind our products 100%.  We work closely with the growers and our commitment to sending your supporters top-quality products is unwavering.  If any of your supporters receive Poinsettias, plants, or bulbs that do not meet their quality expectations, please contact us immediately at Fundraisewithflowers.com:  Steve White is always available to take care of any problems at anytime during your fundraiser and after.

When are my products delivered?

Flower Bulbs, Plants, and Seeds: 

Fall orders-Shipping begins mid to late September and continues through October. We will begin shipping to the cooler zones first.  What is my growing zone?

Holiday orders-Shipping will begin end of October and continues thru Mid-December. Orders are shipped on a first placed first shipped basis.

Spring orders-Shipping begins late March and continues thru May. We will begin shipping to the warmer zones first.  What is my growing zone?

Poinsettias:

Thanksgiving is the beginning of the Poinsettia Fundraising Season at Fundraisewithflowers. You may begin taking orders any time during the fall.  Deliveries begin in the last week of November and continue into December.  Place your order 10 days in advance of your delivery date.

 

 

 


What if my group decides not to participate after we’ve received our selling kits?

We understand circumstances change.  There is no charge or obligation on your part if after receiving the sales kits, you decide not to participate.
