Is there a minimum order?

Fall Flower Bulbs: There is no minimum order or group size required.

Mums & more:  If your invoice from us is at $500 or more, you will get free delivery.  Less than $500 delivery will be $90.

Poinsettias: If your invoice from us is at $500 or more, you will get free delivery.  Less than $500 delivery will be $90.

Hanging Baskets & Gerberer Daisies:  If your invoice from us is at $500 or more, you will get free delivery.  Less than $500 delivery will be $90.

 

 


Are there additional fees for the sales materials or freight?

There is never a charge for sales materials with any of our programs!

Fall Flower Bulbs:  There is no charge for sales materials.  For a flat $6 shipping charge, each Supporter’s individual order, no matter how much they purchase is delivered directly to their home.  You may have the entire order delivered to one place for $25, no matter the size.

Hanging Baskets:  There is no charge for sales materials.  If your invoice is $500.00 or more we will give you free delivery. If we invoice you less than less than $500.00 there is a $90.00 delivery charge.

Mums & More:  There is no charge for sales materials.  If your invoice is $500.00 or more we will give you free delivery. If we invoice you less than less than $500.00 there is a $90.00 delivery charge.

Poinsettias:  There is no charge for sales materials.  If your invoice is $500.00 or more we will give you free delivery. If we invoice you less than less than $500.00 there is a $90.00 delivery charge.

 

 


Our organization only has a few members will Fundraise With Flowers work for us?

A successful fundraiser is always dependent on leadership and motivation.  A great group sponsor can inspire fantastic results regardless of group size!

Spring Bulbs, plants, seed:  A successful fundraiser does not depend on the number of people in your orga nization. We have had motivated students sell over $500 worth of flowers by themselves. 

A typical example might be:  25 volunteers see 2 friends or relatives Friday, 2 more on Saturday, and 2 more on Sunday.  Each person orders 1 item (our average is almost 3 per customer) for a total of only 150 items.  The average profit per item is over $5.00 so your group earns at least $750 profit in 3 days.  Maybe you have more sellers, maybe they will see more people.  Maybe your group is more motivated!

Poinsettia Fundraiser:  25 volunteers see 2 friends or relatives Friday, 2 more on Saturday, and 2 more on Sunday. What happens if one of my plants is damaged when it is delivered?

We stand behind our products 100%.  We work closely with the growers and our commitment to sending your supporters top-quality products is unwavering.  If any of your supporters receive Poinsettias, plants, or bulbs that do not meet their quality expectations, please contact us immediately at Fundraisewithflowers.com:  Steve White is always available to take care of any problems at anytime during your fundraiser and after.

When are my products delivered?

Spring Flower Bulbs, Plants, and Seeds: 

When will Spring 18 orders be delivered to our Supporters?

  • Spring shipping begins early to mid April, based on weather conditions.
  • Most web orders placed on or before May 1st, 2018 will arrive by end of May, 2018.
  • Generally, catalog orders will arrive within 4-12 business days from the receipt and entry of the order once shipping has begun. 
  • Inclement weather at our shipping location or the destination may delay shipping. Orders shipping to USDA zones 8 through 10 may be delayed if the weather is too hot.
  • Orders received after the May 1st, 2018 deadline are subject to product availability.

Poinsettias:

Thanksgiving is the beginning of the Poinsettia Fundraising Season at Fundraisewithflowers. You may begin taking orders any time during the fall.  Deliveries begin in the last week of November and continue into December.  Place your order 10 days in advance of your delivery date.

 

 


What if my group decides not to participate after we’ve received our selling kits?

We understand circumstances change.  There is no charge or obligation on your part if after receiving the sales kits, you decide not to participate.
